I guess if theirs not enough snow to ski vertical in the woods XC is the way to go. We have a nice place out in "Les Cedres" right behind "St-Lazare". It's a summer camp for kids but also a plce for XC skiing in the winter with set tracks. They hosted some Biathlon demo days last winter to see if their was any interest and if I remember right theirs a club out in the Vaudreuil region.

Anyways, it's called Base de Pleine Air Les Cedres and it's real nice to practice your glide on XC skiis and get the cardio going in the winter.

La poisson avec ses 2 kms de descente

Depart dans 30 min as 7h15 am.

On va p-e se croiser.
